GOODWINXXII Creator Agreement

Effective Date: July 20, 2026

1. Purpose

This Agreement outlines the partnership between GOODWINXXII ("Brand") and the Creator ("Creator").

2. Program Participation

Participation is by application or invitation and may be modified or terminated by GOODWINXXII at any time.

Participation does not establish employment or exclusivity.

3. Compensation

Creator receives:

  • Monthly gifted product(s)

  • Affiliate commission

  • Creator discount

  • Early access to launches

Gifted products are provided in exchange for agreed content deliverables.

 

4. Deliverables (Creator Collective)

Each month, Creator agrees to provide:

  • One (1) original short-form video (Instagram Reel or TikTok)

  • Five (5) edited lifestyle images

  • Original high-resolution photo and video files delivered via Google Drive (or another agreed method)

Content should be submitted within 15 days of receiving products unless otherwise agreed.

5. Content Standards

Content should:

  • Accurately represent GOODWINXXII products

  • Reflect Creator's authentic style

  • Meet Creator's usual production quality

  • Comply with FTC disclosure requirements (e.g., #gifted, #affiliate when applicable)

6. Affiliate Commission

Affiliate commissions are tracked and paid through Shopify Collabs according to the current commission structure.

Commission rates may change with reasonable notice.

7. Content License

Creator grants GOODWINXXII a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content across:

  • Website

  • Product pages

  • Email marketing

  • SMS marketing

  • Organic social media

  • Paid advertising

  • Digital marketing

  • Print marketing

  • Future promotional materials

Creator retains ownership of the original content.

8. Brand Usage

GOODWINXXII may edit, crop, resize, or adapt submitted content for marketing purposes while maintaining the integrity of the Creator's work.

9. Confidentiality

Creator agrees not to share confidential product information, pricing, launch dates, or unreleased collections without written approval.

10. Termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Affiliate access may be revoked.

  • No additional gifted products will be provided.

  • Previously granted content usage rights remain in effect.

11. Independent Contractor

Creator is an independent contractor and is responsible for any applicable taxes related to affiliate commissions.

12. Acceptance

By accepting an invitation to the GOODWINXXII Creator Collective through Shopify Collabs, the Creator acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Creator Partnership Agreement.
